Društveno natjecanje će se održati prve nedjelje u mjesecu svibnju za sve kategorije, osim za kadete koji će biti pravodobno obaviješteni o terminu natjecanja.
Godišnja skupština održat će se prve nedjelje u prosincu s početkom u 1000 sati u ribičkom domu.
Poribljavanje će se vršiti jednom ili dva puta godišnje ovisno o stanju na tržištu ribom, uz zabranu ribolova od 7 dana nakon poribljavanja.
Sastanci upravnog odbora održavat će se jednom mjesečno, a po potrebi i češće.
Članovi društva obavezni su u 2012. godini odraditi najmanje jednu radnu akciju.
Termini radnih akcija su.
zadnja nedjelja u 3., 4., 5., 6. i 9. mjesecu sa početkom u 800 sati (zborno mjesto ribički dom).
U slučaju potrebe za izvanrednim radnim akcijama članovi će biti obaviješteni putem oglasne ploče na ribičkom domu kao i na web stranici društva
Naknada za neodrađenu radnu akciju iznosi 300,00 kn.
Radnih akcija su oslobođeni teški invalidi uz odgovarajuću liječničku dokumentaciju, te članovi društva stariji od 65 godina.
U slučaju lošeg vermena radna akcija se odgađa za tjedan dana .

Welcome to the water territories of ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ.
Before starting fishing, we would like to introduce you to our club's activities, territorial waters and special regulations.
ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ was founded in 1958.

Working hours of the secretariat:
Mondays and thursdays from 17:00 – 20:00
Working hours for the ECO pond is from sunrise to sunset.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS

Fisihing on water territories in control of ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ is regulated by the freshwater law fishing, with additional restrictions:
Carp and Grass Carp of 5 kilos or over must be returned to water quickly and unharmed. If a fisherman determines that a carp or a Grass Carp is injured and will not stay alive, he must deliver it to the fishkeeper at the fishing lodge.
ITS NOT ALLOWED TO : fish without a landing net, unhooking mat, scale and clinic (disinfection), and a keep net can only be used when white fish fishing.
While participating in CATCH & RELEASE fishing, its mandatory to use a landing net, unhooking mat, scale and clinic (disinfection)
ITS NOT ALLOWED to keep fish in a keep net. The caught fish, after weighing and photographing must be returned unharmed into the water as soon as possible. This applies to all water territories under ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ.
When fishing for predators, use of live or dead baits is allowed only in closed waters on ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ territory.
The fishing law allows three fishing rods, one hook per rod.
The price of a daily fishing ticket on ŠRD „ŠARAN“ ZAPREŠIĆ water territory is 60,00 kn and the duration is 24 hours from the time of purchase.
At the lake Zajarki (big lake) in addition to the 60,00 kn daily fishing ticket price, there is an additional charge of 60,00 kn for ranching.
IT IS STRONGLY FORBIDDEN fishing without a daily ticket on the big lake (Zajarki), and it cannot be purchased „on the water“.
The daily ticket for the big lake MUST be purchased from the fishkeeper in the fishing lodge.
The ticket price for the ECO fishpond (Zajarki) is 10,00 kn for members, and 20,00 for other fisherman.
The ticket for the ECO fishpond can be purchased from the fishkeeper in the fishing lodge, and for other water territories also in the fishing lodge or from the fishkeeper directly on the water. (THE DAILY TICKET FOR THE BIG POND CANNOT BE PURCHASED ON WATER).
On the ECO fishing pond it is mandatory to use a landing mat and a keeping net.
Children under the age of 15 and women are not charged with a ticket price for the ECO fishingpond.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO mark a fishing place, building structures and canopies, using vessels or swimming to fish, feed or carry fishing equipment.
IT IS STRONGLY FORBIDDEN TO mark fish by cutting off flippers.
It is a duty of every fisherman to keep the fishing place clean and obeying all the regulations, and reporting all offenses to the fishkeeper. Not reporting offenses is subjected to sanctions.
The protetcion of fishing fund, quality of water and cleanness of enviroment is a responsibily of all fisherman.
Every fisherman has a duty of reporting any enviromental pollution to the fishkeeper as quickly as possible.
All other regulations and restrictions are prescribed by the saltwater fishing law as well as the club's statute.
For breaking the saltwater fishing law, special restrictions and regulations from this bulletin and the club's statute, members will be sanctioned by the disciplinary order of ŠRD „ŠARAN“ Zaprešić, and non-members will be reported to the Magistrates court.
